Senior Design Engineer | Téran Téran

Lead the development, coordination, and supervision of engineering and design projects, ensuring product technical feasibility, manufacturing process optimization, and the implementation of innovative solutions that contribute to operational efficiency and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze engineering drawings, technical blueprints, schematics, and related documentation.
• Develop, evaluate, and validate alternative designs and manufacturing methods to determine technical and operational feasibility.
• Conduct studies and research to assess the performance, design, operation, and functionality of equipment, components, and systems.
• Identify improvement opportunities and recommend design modifications to optimize performance and minimize failures.
• Collaborate with drafters and engineering teams in the development of structural and mechanical designs using CAD tools.
• Coordinate and oversee different stages of production, including manufacturing method selection and product design implementation.
• Prepare cost estimates and support the development of proposals for engineering projects.
• Generate and maintain technical documentation related to projects and design activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
